Hours and Appointments
​If you would like to make an appointment, please fill out our
online form or call our office at (701) 203-5760. We will do our best to find a time for you as soon as possible. Our clinic hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm, Friday from 7:00 am - 1:00 pm, and Saturday 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. The office is closed on Tuesdays. Additional times for emergency visits and new patients are available by appointment.
Insurance Coverage
​​We are in-network providers for most major insurance companies. We will be more than happy to process and submit all forms to help you recover the most from your insurance benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the chiropractic treatment you need and want.
Self-Funded Care
​If you have limited insurance coverage, a high deductible or co-pay, or no insurance at all, we have reduced-rate, self-funded plans designed specifically for you. In fact, a lot of patients in our office nowadays are on one of our self-funded plans. Just call the office and we can go over your options!
Cancellations
​​If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
